"Redefining the meaning of Sisterhood"
Living Life Like It's Golden...
The ladies of Alpha Chi Psi Sorority, Incorporated pride ourselves on living life like it's golden, and this most certainly includes the service we do. We want our outreach, our service, our GOLD to be richly fulfilling not just for those we help, but for ourselves as well.
Keeping this in mind, we extend our time, donations, and love to various causes plaguing the communities where we hold chapters.
These efforts include our Crown Jewels:
"Love is not patronizing and charity isn't about pity, it is about love. Charity and love are the same -- with charity you give love, so don't just give money but reach out your hand instead." Mother Teresa

Beauty Soiree
This annual event was formed to create a safe space to cultivate the minds, hearts, and spirits of young girls, and is our first Crown Jewel. Inspired by the passion our founder Chineze Butler has for enriching the lives of young girls, we wanted to make sure that they feel confident enough to become the very best version of themselves, blossoming into the beautiful women who will change the face of tomorrow. At the Beauty Soiree, young girls whose families are experiencing financial hardships are invited to "shop" our boutique of donated gently used clothes and accessories, enjoy free nail and hair services, and participate in self esteem building activities.
Cook-out with a Purpose
Our second Crown Jewel was inspired by our founder Ashley Baker who has a passion for expressing love through her comforting food. At a Cook-out with a Purpose, sorors create the ultimate cook-out experience for the homeless and less fortunate individuals in our community. Complete with delicious food, music, and a fun family atmosphere, we aim to make each attendee feel at home, warm, and welcome.
"There is nothing more beautiful than someone who goes out of their way to make life beautiful for others." Mandy Hale

Additional Service...
In addition to our Crown Jewels, each chapter is encouraged to plan or participate in service projects that are close to the hearts of their members and community. Donation drives, charity fundraiser events, and awareness walks/runs are just a few of the projects our sorors have chosen to devote their time, funds, and efforts to.
